Chablis is a white wine from France, more precisely from the Burgundy region. The Chablis from Domaine William Fèvre from the 2019 vintage has a light, pale yellow colour and a fresh, fruity aroma of citrus fruits, green apples and mineral notes. It is dry on the palate, with a pleasant acidity and a long, mineral finish. This wine is an excellent accompaniment to seafood, fish dishes and salads.
